To sign UP as a member of this News portal you should select the basic type of account you wish to start off with and complete the email form below per the directions listed below.


  • Basic Membership type Account: Cost $5.00 month - Benefits: forum posting rights, Recipes menu, Jokes Menu, Jobs Menu, Business Links, Private Messenging access, Chat Box access posting rights.
  • Basic Classifieds Account: Cost $10.00 per month - Benefits: Allows the member the ability to post up to 15 classified ads (including personal ads such as dating/romance) each month. Each classified allows for including a single photo (which is uploaded to our server) and use of the wysiwyg editor for effective great looking classifieds
  • Enhanced Classifieds Account: Cost $50.00 per month - Benefits: Allows the member to place Classifieds for themselves AND OTHERS. Member can charge others for this service of course and potentially make hundreds each month in extra income! Enhanced classifieds members are allowed to place up to 25 classified ads during the month which can include MULTIPLE images/photos/Audio/Video and full use of the wysiwyg editor including Upload Rights to upload photos etc to our server for use in your Classifieds. We offer full support/training to ALL members of any membership class either here in our Flagler Estates office (best bet to get with us in person), or in St Augustine at the main CW Computer Repair Office (in the Kenton Building on US1 South).
  • Article Columnist/News Columnist: Cost FREE to $150.00 per month depending - Benefits: Our article columns/News columns are Syndicated (do well in the search engines). Full use of the wysiwyg Editor as well as image uploader is included as well as expert support/training provided to columnist. Columns which deal specifically with this sites Main Mission statement are FREE to publish by the editor assigned to the column. Columns of a more Business oriented nature such as maybe our Fishing Channel SHOULD be operated by say someone who is really in the know about the subject such as the owner of a local Bait and Tackel shop, fishing charter, etc - Cost for such will be $150.00 per month BUT; your business will get incredible recognition, and SALES as a result!


    • To sign up for ANY NEW membership here at this site requires that you provide the following information in the form just below: Put each List item below on a separate LINE please!


  • Your REAL NAME
  • Your PHONE NUMBER (we WILL call you)
  • Your Address, city, state, zip
  • Your Email Address
  • Which account type per the above types you wish to sign up for initially
  • Your Preferred LOGIN NAME (will be part of your membership login/Screen Name)
  • WE will assign you a Password to use to login and send it to you via Email


    • Once your account is approved (no guarantee that it will be) we will send you an approval Email and then you would send us your first months Payment before your account will become activated!

    at: Pay Pal and select the Send Money tab along the top of their page. Then just fill in the information (remember to make certain send money to: hogan5776@florida- shoppingandgifts.com).


    If you really like our services and find them valuable, you CAN pay using PayPal for several months at a time if you wish and will save you time each month from having to keep doing this.


    NOTE: Failure to follow the procedure listed above EXACTLY as outlined means your account request will simply NOT be activated. We will ONLY contact you back regarding your request IF we are going to approve your membership request.


    NONE of the information you provide to us per the above required information (even though it is publicly available information) will be viewable to anyone except Admins of this system! Only your Preferred Login name (which will become your Screen Name or alias) will be viewable to others.
