Okay, here is how your site will function basically. Your site will be PHP driven with an SQL back end. This is a very reliable type system. It is Modular in its approach (IE: contains modules for anything you need to do at the site) and Granular in effect (in that you can allow Memberships at your site and grant membership rights in a very granular member to member basis).

The various INCLUDED modules are many and can be turned ON today as you need them, OR turned OFF until a later date as you may not need to use them all right away. Six different Searchable Classifieds modules: Includes General, Automotive, Boats, Business sections, Realty Sections, and Personals. Whenever there is a New module you may find of value available, OR when there are improvements to a module you are already using, we will TEST them out on our test bed site. If we find they are reliable and of added value we will contact you about them, how they work, and you decide if you wish us to install them for you at your site. There is NO COST to you for this service for an entire YEAR for module Updates, or to install NEW ONES as they become available

Your site WILL ALREADY contain the most Popular/and Valuable modules loaded at your site. Some will already be installed and ready to use already setup with popular Categories and options such as your Forums, Classifieds, etc.., Others are also loaded but not installed - Takes a couple of mouse clicks to install and configure modules not already activated (We will be happy to do this for you when you are ready)...

SEO Stuff:
Now, in addition, WE INCLUDE first time SEO tasks included in the cost you have been quoted FREE of any extra fees after 3 months your site has been online.. This gives YOU and us enough time to Tweak up some of your sites content, add NEW pages (optimized to do well in the search engines), and make sure we are both aligned with your business model.. Normally this is a $250 value for sites WE have designed, and much more for those we have not.

Local Marketing included:
Your enterprise being a local NE Florida area business SHOULD be linked up with other local area businesses/portals. We have such portals community oriented online and will create a nice presence for yours as well within our own managed sites which are relevant to YOUR location and what it is your enterprise is about.

Web Site hosting Costs:
Your web site will be hosted on our speedy dedicated class 5 data center located servers for 1 month at no cost to you for the year. After 1 month is expired, we will review your traffic, and make a suggestion to you at that time for a hosting package we serve on our servers. At ANY TIME, you too can easily review your bandwidth used, disk space used, and more via your CPANEL which assure you we will NOT be trying to upsell you on a service you really are not in need of.

Should you wish to MOVE your site to a different Host Masters machines, that option is totally up to you! You would loose certain advertising/marketing incentives we make available ONLY to hosted clients however. USING this CMS system is easy to do once it is setup of course. We maintain our own Dedicated servers and as such we have full Root Access to the servers! Having this system setup with a different hosting company WILL REQUIRE that the hosting company ALSO has full ROOT access to the server your site will be located upon as certain Root Only type commands must be issued which only the Sysop (systems admin if you will or server owner) can issue in most cases.

CONTENT IS KING of the hill in the eyes of the search engines, Using the proper Tag Elements within your pages also matters a great deal, Domain NAME is also very important, RSS feeds today is important, Regularly Updated Site Maps is very important, Link BACKS to YOUR site from other locally oriented sites is very important (and the hardest thing to get done)...
