they still have to ADVERTISE AND MARKET THEIR BUSINESS OR THEY WILL GO
OUT OF BUSINESS VERY QUICKLY! The only real difference is in how much
they can afford to PAY for effective advertising! - YOU can offer them Great Low

Here is what we

The above are ALL COMMUNITY type web portals which feature News,

more. Membership is FREE as long as you qualify for membership and allows you by
default to post in our Forums, Chat box, Private Messenger access, and the
GENERAL CLASSIFIEDS sections. Advertising YOUR classifieds in the general
sections is FREE and they get excellent results in the major search engines for
you.
Even though MEMBERS of each of the above CAN place FREE ads in
the General Classifieds, MANY PEOPLE will simply have no idea how to really word
the ad for best results or the proper html elements to use.. General members
also do NOT have access to the nice built in WYSIWYG inline
editor....
YOU would make 100% of whatever the market bears for Design
services for the client for their ad, and a 25% residual from that client each
time they renew their ad with the service.. This of course can add up very
quickly IF you are a go getter!
We do NOT SET YOUR PRICES FOR YOUR WORK! That
is up to YOU and should depend upon the amount of work you need to do for this
client or that client based upon current market prices and how much YOU value
your time spent on such. General rule of thumb here
is to charge in the $25 per hour range for your work.

- Business Classifieds - 365 days for $60.00
- Auto Classifieds - 90 days for $20.00
- Boats and marine Craft classifieds - 90 days for
$20.00
- Realty Classifieds - 180 days for $40.00
- Personals Classifieds - 90 days for $20.00
- General Classifieds (2 Free ads per 30 day period) Each
additional ad is $5.00 for a 30 day period
ONLY the General classifieds are free for members of our portal
sites and the member is limited to a single photo for each ad and around a
paragraph of text per ad. The General classifieds includes categories such as
lost and found, garage sale notices, general items for sale.
TRAINING as one of our certified official Ad Placers is required
at our home office. YOU will also need to be able to keep
track of your existing client bases you have created ads for and such.
YOU will need to find those in need of your services and
present them with the information we will give you during training (you can
modify it a bit of course)..

Resale Service: 
The web sites we list above are all Web Portal type social
networking style systems. Very powerful systems with all the bells and whistles
anyone would ever need for any type of on line business presence. They are ideal
for mid sized Corporate needs, Lodges Clubs Churches Organizations and with our
price being so low for such enterprise class sites they are even ideal for the
smallest of business needs alike.
Basically you will make a one time $100.00 per sale to someone who
wishes to get one of our enterprise class sites. All you need do is to
GET the client to call us and if we close the sale, YOU Get paid! You
have the interested party CALL US and we can demo the system to the
client and close the deal! This is pretty easy for anyone to do. Skill level required: Minimal
Pay: commission based only upon your
ability
Residual Income Potentials: Depends upon your skill levels and involvement!
Training at our
home Office:
We use Windows VISTA at our home office as well as Windows
XP...
We are casual here so bring your favorite beverage, leave the
kiddies at HOME, and come prepared to LEARN to make MONEY by providing a service
to others.. Bring along PHOTOS if you wish, Videos if you wish, Note Pad if you
wish but be prepared to learn something.
