We are Flagler Estates Community News (FECN News for short). Formerly
known as Affordnet Services and officially online with Hogan Web Designs and our web-maker.com website way back in December of 1996. (look it up via a Whois seach).
Officially
offering services as webmasters/hosting services. We are basically at heart an Internet web
site designs, web Hosting services, and marketing company. Our Main
office is located at 10065 Baylor Ave, Hastings, FL, 32145 which is in

We are the primary web masters and hosting services company CW Computer Repair
calls upon to fulfill their clients requests for website designs,
hosting services, and other related tasks. We also have a
good working relationship with several other local area businesses in
which we also act as a primary design team member which serves their
clients needs as well.
Around
the timeline of 1995 or so there was a Major Internet BOOM. Everyone on
the internet seemed to make MONEY back then. Then the boom ended, and
MOST of those selling stockings, pantyhose, and Socks, etc, etc went
OUT of business overnight as sites such as Ebay and other Enterprise
Class sites took over and became popular.
We began our business around Dec of 1996 or so and established a company simply called 'Hogan Web Designs'
back in December of 1996. Although we had already been online for some
time (1993) and doing websites and hosting (totally for free) before
1996 we in 1996 decided it may be time (as we learned a great deal
since 1993) to start designing and hosting sites for PROFIT as well as
our free community based service offerings.
Today, there IS
MONEY TO BE MADE on the Internet, but; it requires a bit more work,
experience in the field, and support at a local level.. THAT is what we
do!
We are generally at either our home office in FE, or at one of our business associates offices.
We began our training, schooling, and services in the above disciplines
back in 1993 out of necessity to find information and create common
forums for open discussions of important issues of that time. We began
designing and hosting web sites for FREE in line with the open source
communities own policies and continue this philosophy even today for
community interests.
We have also been involved with TRAINING local area
Web masters and search engine pros. Additionally we train local area
businesses and newbies to computers in HOW to use the Internet, their
computers, and intermediate level website design skills.

being that we are an isp, (Internet Service Provider), and local area service company and live and
work from Flagler Estates we would be remise to not let viewers know

CAN get your Internet account banned and removed. Most such sites which
are high traffic sites such as ours, are actually mini ISP's in their
own rights and as such have a LOT OF PULL with other ISP's such as AOL,
Earthlink, AT+T, Bellsouth, MSN, etc, etc..
Most of these other offers you may have seen could care less about your Internet account. They actually
encourage you to do things which are Illegal and just not right so they
may profit.
Our Ad Placer program is Legal, and local community oriented.
We have our own sites for you to submit to - Owned/Managed/Hosted/and
operated by our own company to guarantee you will not be banned and
that the offer IS legite and honest.

a whois search at any of the above and you will see they all belong to
FECN News (us) and OUR contact information as we list at the top of
this page as listed as Owner/Admin/etc for each...
What we have are FREE membership type sites which allow
members to add their own ads within as a member. The thing about this
is that even though we make the offer for FREE to members, there are
and will always be many who COULD benefit who will never place their
own ads within these sites! Often times they will either not know HOW,
or simply will NOT have the proper access rights to do what they WISH
to do (enhanced level ads)....
The
bottom line is that AD Placers registered with us have MORE POSTING
RIGHTS than any other member will ever have! Audio/Video/Images/Photos
and more are allowed 4 u as a registered ad placer in our various
systems.

Consider that the local News Papers charge around $150.00 for a small
ad which displays for 3-5 days! That news paper ad does NOT allow the

Artwork, Audio content, and certainly not Video Content.
We DO allow the inclusion of such content and our sites ALL get some very nice targeted traffic every day :)
We
ask a 20% commission for each such ad you place. I mean, after all -
you will be placing such ads on our servers at out sites which we have
to pay for each month so we deserve a percentage ya know. We work
such things on a matter of TRUST for the most part between you and us.
However, know that WE (FECN) OWNS the servers you will be posting
clients ads upon and as such (we are the servers systems
administrators) we have full access to EVERYTHING on the server !
IF you cheat the program you are in, you will be removed from the system..
These positions REQUIRE
personal face to face training (valued at over $250.00) which is
totally FREE for you. The training will take about 4 hours to complete
and is very informal. You WILL learn valuable Skill sets which will
help you with lots of internet based type tasks and skills which will

just made $25.00 each month on John Doe for his ad campaign!
You see, refer a client to us ONE TIME, and whatever services we
provide for that client you receive a commission on. This CAN add

Primary Associate
This type of service is basically the same as our Reseller
Associate type account except this one is SOLELY for business owners
who have regular clients, an easy to get to physical place of business
and regular Walk in Clients throughout the business day.
Primary Associates can make from 10% to 25% of sales referred to FECN
from within their own client bases for services FECN provides.
Other requirements to become a Primary Associate with FECN services are:
- Must advertise they provide services FECN offers to their client bases and new clients
- Must
collect payments for not only their own services but also for
services FECN has rendered to the client and disburse payouts
accordingly
The
more business we receive from our Primary Associates, the more
Commission percentages they will qualify for! Smart Primary Associates
already Realize the potentials here to offer THEIR CLIENTS an enhanced
level of services while increasing their bottom lines.
The
primary associate being a business person with many contacts and
potentials for utlizing our service offerings in addition to their own,
CAN ALSO operate their own Reseller Associate offers for our services thereby EASILY and quickly allowing them to fully maximize their own earning potentials.
It is worth giving such primary associates 10-25% of our work for them
to do all the billing and disbursements of payments to us!
This type of thing is also transparent to the Primary Associates own customers as the primary
associate combines THEIR clients billing for THEIR services as well as
FECN services we render to their client in a single bill.
This is a
great way for those in a vertical or even non vertical business model
to FECN service offerings to expand their service offerings they can make for
their customers while putting some nice profit into their pocket :)
